like, ya know, imagination? And, oh, careful editing and rewording. And, especially, the craft and art of story telling.

Like those times you remember after an interaction exactly what you should have said? And in the telling to others, you tend to include those wittier or more pertinent remarks than you actually made at the time.

As the French put it, l'esprit de l'escalier." Or, in English, "staircase wit."

But, I'll go with simple good story telling.
