Yes, literally. Go read it, I can't even summarize it.
Guy dies in a courtroom because Wells Fargo can't correct a typo and forecloses on his condo, instead of the right condo in the same complex. As if "right" had any meaning these days.

Seriously, though, we should be forwarding this to anyone we know with a note that if anybody they know has a mortgage with Wells Fargo they should take careful note and be on the "alert" for WF's aggressively fraudulent (and potentially lethal) money making strategies.

Not only is this just outrageous on the part of Wells Fargo but what the hell was the judge thinking?
