Poll: 47% of Chicago registered voters support teachers in strike But only 19% approve of Rahm.

Rahm may succeed in busting the teacher's union, but he will do so at the cost of his own political career. On the other hand, his post mayor career will be very lucrative, so what does he care?

Not even a real tough guy, because he only picks on and abuses people weaker than him, people who can't fight back.
