The Rosetta Stone's birthday!

Yeah, colonialism; looted from Egypt by the French; then looted from French by the Brits. On the other hand, no looting, no translation of Egyptian hieroglyphs, eh? Or at least not so soon, assuming the Stone or an equivalent came to light absent invasion. Then again:
