We're not wanted. What do you think that Rahm meant when he said "Fuck the UAW." What do you think Andrew Cuomo means by busting public employee unions. We are not wanted.
Time to leave. Time to take a hint. There are political parties who would be thrilled with our support. Parties that support reproductive rights, human rights (including gays, lesbians, and transgenders), are anti-torture and pro-health care. Depending upon which state you live in they could be Democratic Socialists, Independents, Greens, or some other I don't know about.
You have to know when to give up, when to write off a situation. The Dems have thrown us out. Get used to it.

I was going to post on this column by Digby (I particularly liked the gratuitous Nader blaming), but didn't have the heart. This is a much more positive response and now I'm glad I didn't find the time to do my post.
