Not in much/most of the coverage I've seen.
E.g. Lead line of Reuters May Day coverage: "Occupy Wall Street protesters smashed windows in Seattle"
And honestly, I don't think that's inaccurate.
Occupy defines itself broadly, with minimal boundaries. Occupy Seattle rejected commitment to nonviolence (a formal vote was taken in late December). The BB actions/participants are part of Occupy Seattle.
