The Moonie paper offers Leader Nance some helpful advice on the Fourth Amendment

Here's how the Serious people are portraying the fight to restore Constitutional government, the Fourth Amendment, and the rule of law. Noted without (well, with minimal) comment:

In the end, Mrs. Pelosi and other politically savvy Democrats, realizing that a vote for preserving Osama's Fourth Amendment rights might be difficult to explain to constituents in "fly-over country," pulled the bill from the floor. But the Democratic leadership's FISA bill may well get a second life. The ACLU and left-wing bloggers believe the Democratic bill, known as the Restore Act, does not go far enough in protecting the "civil liberties" of innocent jihadists, and suggest that the Democrats are caving in to the Republicans on FISA. These people are spoiling for fight, and House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, who has said the Democrats will try to bring the bill back this week, may oblige them. In the next few days, we will learn whether Mr. Hoyer is bluffing, or whether the Pelosi-crats are politically suicidal enough to try to bully enough of the conservative, 47-member Blue Dog Coalition of moderate and conservative Democrats into siding with Osama on the FISA issue.

Hey, why is it that whenever the Democrats do the "politically savvy" thing--as helpfully laid out for us by the Republicans--their polls tank and they lose elections, and whenever they stand up to Bush and stand for the country, their polls rebound and they win elections?

I'm sure Madame 10% will be giving careful, prayerful consideration to the views of the Kool-Aid drinking authoritarian followers who read the Moonie Times.

Oh, wait... For some insanely destructive reasonMR SUBLIMINAL Code Pink protestors on her lawn? Puh-leeze. Let's get serious! that's exactly what Pelosi and Steny "Putting the 'Ho' In" Hoyer are doing.

Here's the funny thing - I don't give two hoots about Osama Bin Forgotten's 4th Amendment Rights. He doesn't have any! He's not an American citizen. (Human rights on the other hand...)

I do, however, care about mine. And mine along with every other American - including the moronic and concern-trollish writer(s) of that op-ed - are being violated thanks to the current FISA law that the inept and p*ssy-whipped Dems allowed to pass.

Amendment IV: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
