Yarmuth, talking sense about health care
Northup and Yarmuth square off on healthcare and economy in third debate
"Right now, 70 percent of Humana's business is administering programs from the government," retorted Yarmuth. "The idea that a single-payer program basically preempts the private sector is not true."
Yarmuth also defended universal and single-payer systems.

Today's single payer post: John Yarmuth
John Yarmuth is one of 90 cosponsors of HR 676, or Medicare for all. So what else we know about Yarmuth?
He secured $500,000 to address Louisville heath and dental care shortfalls, and $250,000 for eldercare. He got $452,746 for Louisville's emergency food and shelter program.
He also has done a bunch of other good stuff not related to healthcare.
