Here's how you close Gitmo:
you get the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff to report to your office and you tell him that you want it closed in one week's time. And when he starts to stammer, you say "Either you do it, or I'll get someone who can". Simple.
Obama is an equivocating coward! Is the American military incapable of this one directive?
