If you have "no place to go," come here!

Quote of the day

Matt Stoller:

“If someone worked or works for the Obama administration, or the Department of Justice, or any other executive branch agency, they need to remember their service as a mark of shame for the rest of their lives.”

Yep.

Along with voting for the guy in 2012, of course, or persuading others to do so.

I've had my differences with Stoller -- my most hated post ever, "ramen noodles," is a Stoller/"creative class" takedown -- but here he gets it. Them's fightin' words. More like this, please.

Schniderman will fail because Obama was installed to do the bidding of the banks.

Buffett Is Betting Against Eric Schneiderman:
NEW YORK (TheStreet ) -- Is Warren Buffett banking on another round of bailouts?
Perhaps. But, if so, the next time banks get government help won't go down like it did last time.

Warren Buffett announced Thursday he will take a stake in Bank of America, paying $

If major banks did commit financial crimes, Buffett, Obama and the banks all stand to benefit greatly from sweeping things under the rug (or, more aptly, buying a "get out of jail free card").

But, for now, Schneiderman is the thorn in everyone's side, posing a threat to Buffett's investments, Obama's campaign coffers and the very viability of too-big-to-fail banks.

If you wish to send Buffett a note, you might have trouble reaching him -- he's busy organizing a fundraiser to benefit President Obama's re-election bid.

That is a thing you've particularly focused on. Agency- the one performing the act must be recognized. Stoller gets it completely- Obama, and no one else, is responsible for the actions of the executive branch. He's not forced to do anything. He's encouraged to act in a way that favors his funders, but he doesn't have to. He chooses to.

I'm quite glad to see this.

emergent party candidate in 2012 it is all a lot of sound and fury signifying nothing.

Where is Stoller going to be on October 6, 2011? Freedom Plaza? Or self righteously tweeting from the comfort of his office?
