Pricking the fauxgressive "public option" polling bubble

Surprise! If the pollsters ask about the public option that's really on offer (the switch) instead of the public option that lying pony-infested groupthinking "progressives" have convinced themselves is or might be on offer (the bait), people think it's shit.

And it is shit.

Always was, otherwise "progressives" wouldn't have been constantly buffing and shining and wiping and shape-shifting it.

They would have come up with a clear policy to advocate for, and not gone all Celinda Lake with the noble lie of the so-called public option.

Is not whether the "oppose/unsure" responders would support based on the more thorough question, but whether the "support/unsure" people would still support a "public option". The poll snippet doesn't ask the correct question.
