If you have "no place to go," come here!

Oh Irony, election hater kossack "DHinMI" really a former Congressional staffer

intranets's picture

Too funny. If you ever read the lobotomy inducing anti-election integrity rants over at big orange by "DHinMI" you won't be too shocked to read the BradBlog discovery of the pro-Holt Bill (pro-eVoting) background of this frontpage poster.

[DHinMI former] well-paid Chief of Staff to the U.S. Congressman from New Hampshire's 2nd district, Rep. Paul Hodes, who has been an ally of HAVA co-author and e-voting champion, Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, since arriving in Congress in 2007.

No wonder he was so defensive about the NH irregularities. They happened to his boss's constituents and people hate to rock the boat that sailed them to Washington.

Bravo Kos for yet another craptastic Crashing us against the Gates...

[EDIT: put "former" next to DHinMI apparently resigned or some such sometime in the last six months which begs to ask why...]

DHinMI is an old timer, by GOS standards.

dood, that's heavy and funny and sad, all at the same time. relevant question: why was he posting and commenting at GOS, and who thought it a good idea to pay him to do so?

I don't know if he was paid to post at GOS, unless it is assumed that front pagers are staff.

The irony is if he stayed as a regular kossack it would have gone unnoticed, but ego makes people front pagers, and hence the bio and "cred" that they are not just bloggers, but real names for media to contact them (and have them on CNN etc)

... that is was "a gigantic system of outdoor relief for the British aristocracy."

I wonder how many other Villagers Kos is providing "outdoor relief" for?

I'm going to throw the Gannon similarities out there not having anything to do with character, but if DHinMI wasn't trashing BradBlog and election activists so hard his status as congressional staffer might have gone unnoticed.

It's sort of like JG in that people start looking into those who protest too much. Of course I'm probably reaching here because at least 80% of GOS has the "there is nothing wrong with election" mentality. And associate election fraud with 9/11 talk.

I've always suspected that Kos is such a good source for inside-baseball stuff because a lot of contributors are insiders. If you notice, many Kos regulars are upfront about their state or local Democratic party affiliations.

Daily Kos has become a house organ for the regular Democratic Party, which I suspect was Markos' goal all along.
