Because if you read between the lines, that's what he's really telling us with this "one term is A-OK" stuff.

He's telling us to forget this "make me do it" crap and instead to shaddup and siddown.

He's telling us by omission to forget about jobs.

He's telling us somewhat explicitly to expect a "drill baby drill" energy policy.

And he's telling us very explicitly to lay down for total privatization of public schools all across America.

And most emphatically he's telling us there's not a goddamn thing we can do about any of it. Not one. god. damn. thing.

i've been thinking since the last time we talked about how busy you've been. i've been wondering, in the non-stop intensity of being president of the united states , have you ever thought to yourself that maybe one term was enough?

OBAMA well, i'm sure there are days where i say that one term is enough. what keeps me going is a belief that the work that we started in 2009 is not yet complete. we still don't have the kind of energy policy [not jobs] that we need to move this country forward. we still have not restructured how our education system [not jobs] works to make sure every kid has a chance at a successful career in the 21st century . and so i'm constantly thinking about the work that is undone [not jobs] despite the fact of being very proud about what we've gotten accomplished over the last 2 1/2 years.

So, in other words, as I keep saying: DISemployment is the preferred policy of both legacy parties. President Fuck You doesn't mention it because it him, it's not a problem. It's not a bug. It's a feature.

Disemployment; makes people desperate enough to accept anything on any terms and that fits right in with the plan.
