I don’t know why I do it, I was looking for some summary of the final numbers from IN and NC, but I read “Now You Want to Make Nice” dkos diary which poses a simple request…. Obama cannot win against McCain without all of Hillary’s supporters.
So why don’t the Obamites take the high road and end the ugly attacks on Hillary. Otherwise it will only take a couple of million Hillary supporters sitting on their hands to end your dream. Think before you say something that could damage party unity. — shamprez
Which seemed pretty reasonable discussion. The 170 responses so far are almost laughably hilarious. I used to be disgusted when I would read what people used to talk about as the bottom of the cesspool, known as wingnut blogs. Groupthink and mean spirited, hateful comments.
Well, at the cheetos factory, you can read all that along with pictures of unicorns. It would be one thing if it was a joke, but it’s real. I’m sure I’m not alone in wishing a good riddance to the modern Democratic Party. (And here I was betting the GOP would implode with all their scandals, failures, and war).
Some comments in order of appearance:
“Hillary herself had taken the high road in the first place, this would not be an issue”“And for the record, I don’t want to make nice.”

“who has she helped out more so far, the Democratic party or John McCain?”
“i question her sincerity about wanting to win the white house in november”
“No - it isn’t our job to kiss ass with the hopes that people won’t help McCain hijack our country for 4 more years.”
Of course there are a few comments that agree with what it will take to win, but there are many, many more comments of pure venom towards other posters.

This doesn't surprise me
These folks started w/ this mentality and, unfortunately, they will lose with it.
I love this job!
Considering that I'm in Arizona...
which McCain will win regardless, the truth is that my vote probably won’t do a lick of good for Obama.
It’s the bitter people clinging to religion and their guns (and don’t indulge in the Great Cheeto feedbag), that are gonna sink him.
I do call this the Rosie Perez philosophy (from White Men Can’t Jump)…
You’re like all the white boys I ever met.
You’re like every brother I ever saw.
You’d rather look good and lose than look bad and win.
Time again for the National Woman's Party?
Read this just now. My grandmothers might have been braver than I am.

not a national women's party
but the time is now to talk about recruiting women candidates for 2010. Not just Senate and Congress, but state legislature, Gov, state AG, as many as we can.
they don't need any voters, according to
their campaign memo to SuperDelegates—NYT— “… the popular vote is a deeply flawed and illegitimate metric for deciding the nominee …” — http://thecaucus.blogs.nytimes.com/2008/…
Yeah, it's a shame
But what would I know? I’m a racist.

Pony pics? Looks like that struck a nerve
Normally I don’t do the sensitive singer/songwriter thing. But:
[x] Any (D) in the general. [ ] Any mullah-sucking billionaire-teabagging torture-loving pus-encrusted spawn of Cthulhu, bless his (R) heart.They might get their wish
when indeed the abused HRC supporters don’t contribute, don’t campaign and go fishing on election day. After all, the blogosphere does not exactly have a stellar record on getting real democrats elected.
But then, I’m racist, clingy, bitter, dead-ender (and in love with Lambert, like Katiebord, BDB, and Blue Grass Poet! :-))
Yeah, But Obama Reportedly Needs Money
According to one of the more reliable commenters at Talk Left, he sent out a memo asking for funds last night.
I guess buying off the Mayor of Gary isn’t cheap.
Obama needs money??
Awwwwwwww
Obama needs $$?
Oh no! I made a mistake and sent it to Hillary instead. Oops.
I think that if digging were done
A portion of his money was spent in buy outs and Helping Odinga with his election in Africa.
Call me a cynic.
Don’t call me an Obama supporter
