But I thought Leader Nance had promised us transparency?

"All of the transactions related to this legislation will be on the Internet within 48 hours. That transparency, that oversight, will be very important to our economy."

Uh huh. Of course, Leader Nance only said the transactions would be "on the Internet"; she didn't say they wouldn't be censored. Anyhow, this isn't a "transaction," it's the contract to do the accounting for the transactions. Uh huh.
