Misogyny? Nah! Never!
*Caution* that link is about as disgusting as you will ever see (click at own discretion) and was advertised through "Advertising Liberally" on Chris Bower's Openleft post where he cries about how the "netroots" don't get no respect.
Now why would that be?
H/T Big Tent Dem who explains why they "git no respect" a little differently" than by the above example.

Would you mind
telling us what's there please? Quotey goodness goes for pix too...
It's getting harder and harder to believe that misogyny is not the basis for hating both Clinton and Palin since they are in many ways really unalike...
As much as I find this offensive, I believe it's so over the top
that I don't care. It's a stupid T shirt designed by some idiots, this won't really make an impact. The sexism in this campaign that really rankles my nerves is treating female candidates like their idiots, i.e., condescending interviews by Charlie Gibson, demeaning and unfair questions during debates, etc. That's where the playing field is not level.
Personally I always thought it was silly for people to get upset by the Hillary nutcracker. Just like this T shirt, it's a cracature.
I love this job!
The point is where it's advertised
It's over the top alright (description: a cartoon Palin bent over a desk, skirt hiked up, screaming "Drill, baby, drill" with McCain in action, leering behind her.)
Yeah, any schoolboy can draw up something like this, and probably does. Whatever, the fact is that "Advertising Liberally", whatever that is, accepts ads for things like that, and that Bowers needs ad money so bad he is willing to accept ads like that on his "progressive" website. That is the issue.
I don't know much about online advertising, but you couldn't make something look worse than this if you tried. All the Republicans need to do is grab a screenshot and they are discredited.
PB1.0, teh awsum

This ad was over on the top of the r col yesteray--GONE,
thank goodness, bcz it was raising my blood pressure each time I went to the site.
I almost sent it to Melissa, but hated to give the t-shirt site any more hits. Ick, ick, ick, ick, ick.
And, yes, Herb the Verb has a point.
BTW, whoever did this did get a decent artist to do the work--altho' McCain looks a bit, uh, stiff in the artwork. Not caricature. Too realistic for that. Ick.
Someone bought that ad to run at Shakesville...
...but I rejected it. It's not the first ad I've had to reject this election.
Good for You, Melissa
Although it's hard to believe anyone would try to put such an ad on your site to begin with, unless, of course, that was the point.
I can only imagine the horrors you've had to endure this election season, when feminist became a dirty word for an awful lot of Democrats.
Ya gotta wonder
If that was a Republican rat-f*cking operation. Would not be unlikely, but that only shows how susceptible to rat-f*cking PB1.0 was/is and how low the reputation has fallen that believing it is a rat-f*cking operation is not only not the first impulse, but needs to be proven against.

I Guess...
that the whole point of this is to keep punching away at sensible folks until the point of where we don't even blink, anymore, let alone speak out when we see stuff like this.
