more registered democrats than republicans; all the dem candidates have websites, only some of the rep/ind candidates have websites [according to the page you linked].
the woman who says she'd have to read the text of the bill before deciding whether to support hr676, i've just emailed her campaign a few links: the full text of hr676, pnhp's faq on single payer, and a page with lots of other resources.
i noticed down near the bottom of that last page is a short list of states that have proposed statewide single-payer systems. arizona is one of them.
