were people just told to evacuate, but not given the means to do so or a destination? Where would one evacuate to? I have been thinking about what would have happened if I had gotten an evacuation order, I really do not have a place to go.

They are ignoring the evacuation order, staying home and drinking large sodas while refusing to breast feed their babies.
