In the garden: It will look better later in the season
Found some rocks and filled in the gap at top right; then filled the bed with pansies and something-or-others that the church ladies had left over from the garden sale I couldn't be at since I was in Manhattan.
It doesn't look like much now, but the green at left, over the little fence, is from wildflowers. In July and August, they should be spectacular.
So, not nearly as finished as in past years, but really, given spring's late start this year, it's only the second week in May -- let's pray we have a long Indian summer -- and at least I've shown willing to the town.
Now to send for some seeds...
