I like Sirota's Celtics v. Lakers metaphor

and you identify what I think of as the Celtic strategy, a lot more than 'slowing down the game'. It was to make it a much more physical game - knock down the other guy when all else failed. Kareem and Worthy spent nearly as much time at the foul line as they did under the net.

I know Sirota's point is merely to say that you don't play the other team's game, and I certainly agree with him on the tax cuts.

I do advocate clotheslining Mitch McConnell.
