Grayson (and Stoller) on HR 3808
Just to lay down a marker on this one, hoisted from comments on a guest post by Matt Stoller (of blessed memory) over at Yves place:

Does anyone know how Mr. Greyson voted on HR. 3808??
That would be telling. I had read it was originally near unanimous.

He voted to uphold the veto.

How about the first round passage?
lambert strether says:
Oddly, or not, the original vote was a voice vote:
Apr 27, 2010: This bill passed in the House of Representatives by voice vote. A record of each representative’s position was not kept.
A search of Grayson’s website shows nothing. So, if Grayson opposed HR 3808 when it mattered, he did so very quietly. That’s our Dems!
I mean, come on. A child of six knows that it's the original vote that matters, here. So should a (former) Congressional staffer.
