If you have "no place to go," come here!

Go fuck yourself, Frank

"We spent a decade feasting on easy money..." What you mean "we," Frank?

Last I checked, real wages have been flat for thirty years, with lots of help from pundits like you, Frank. And as far as a "feast" goes, what I remember is the famine after the dot com bubble burst in 2000. Although the massive wet fart of the Big Shit Storm makes that bubble look like a picnic.

I'm gonna write it 100 times.

Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank.

Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. Fuck you, Frank. I certainly hope Rush Limbaugh's anal cysts are catching.

NOTE I almost forgot to mention that Frank's ostensible purpose in this column is teabagging Obama for his mediocre inaugural speech. And I should thank Frank for bringing this little gem of mindfuckery to my attention. Frank nods approvingly as Obama orates:

That call included the obligatory salutes to those who serve by parenting, firefighting or helping strangers when natural disaster strikes. But he also cited one less generic example: “workers who would rather cut their hours than see a friend lose their job.”

Nothing like pitting the workers against each other, eh? And, of course, Frank gets the bottom line at once:

There will be — there must be — far larger sacrifices in that vein yet to come.

Heh. "In that vein." I like that. Somehow, I think Frank has our veins in mind. Don't you? Of course, at this point, the powers that be might need to take several jabs to find a vein with any blood in it, but that's what "shared sacrifice" is all about, isn't it?

There's nothing from Frank or the by now happily fluffed Obama like "bankers who would rather cut their bonuses than see a worker lose their job". Naturellement.

No, no, that would be unseemly. Fortunately, the bankers did nothing so foolish, since the TARP bill that Obama whipped included no oversight and no transparency.

He was one of the prime asshole NYT examples of the RNC liberal - you know, the kind who's liberal every day except today, on every issue but this one, and who likes every Democrat but this one. Google

"bob somerby" "frank rich"

for the whole rotten story of how he led the Village in its electronic lynching of Al Gore.

Over the last year or so, my other hangout, DU, has seen a strange new respect develop for Rich, along with Tim Russert and Chris Matthews. I wonder what else might have been happening during that time frame to cause such a phenomenon.

There will be — there must be — far larger sacrifices in that vein yet to come.

That quotes like this don't have any phrase following them such as, "And as an example I'm voluntarily taking a %15 pay cut so that admin and staffers will be able to retain their positions here for at least X months until we begin to see a recovery."
As Lambert et al have frequently noted, the "sacrifice" is always somthing asked of "us", never offered by "them".
