Oscar nominated filmmaker Joshua Fox arrested at House hearing, lacked credentials
WASHINGTON — An Oscar-nominated documentary filmmaker was arrested at a House hearing Wednesday after trying to film the proceedings without the required media credentials.
Joshua Fox of, Milanville, Pa., was led out of the room in handcuffs and charged by Capitol Police with unlawful entry.

An Occupier who was in the Supreme Court....
...was charged with unlawful entry because he was wearing a jacket with Occupy on the back.
I guess if Lambert had been arrested at The National Gallery, that's what he would have been charged with.
Well, we can’t expect anyone at the Supreme Court
bother with something like Cohen v. California. That might involve the rule of law and the First Amendment and precedent and stuff.
The difference.....
The single word in Cohn v California is fuck.
The jacket had the word "Occupy" on it - far more offensive.
And Lambert was wearing "This space occupied". Very very offensive!
