Fatal commercial traffic accidents up 50% in Texas oil shale regions

It's to be expected that oil goons with dollar signs where their eyes should are fine with poisoning our water, but killing people on county roads? That's going to cost taxpayers money.

Same as the load trucks for the landfill put on our roads here, but a much bigger problem. As usual, resource extractors are never accountable for "externalities"[1]: Water, air, roads, drugs, crime, or anything.

NOTE [1] There are no externalities. The world is round.
