"Divine Strake" Dies Yet Another Death

Let's see: This misbegotten project--designed to simulate a nuclear-yield "bunker buster" bomb with conventional explosives--has now been scheduled, then cancelled when it got publicity, then rescheduled somewhere else, then cancelled when it etc., at least three times now that I know of.
