Rahm's numbers are in the toilet, where they -- and he -- belong.

Of course, if Lewis ran and won, the POTB would converge like locusts and make life for her, and for Chicago, as miserable as possible, to teach the proles a lesson. Meaning that the proles would have to use a spread offense....

I must be **tarded as well as unhip. Clicked on the glossary link, clicked on POTB, which looped me back to the ... glossary page with POTB, and so on 3 times before I gave up!

Meavnwhile, uf you look.here -- POTB -- you will see the term underlinned. Hover your mouse and the definition should appear.

I shoulda hovered just one second longer and I would have had my answer :) That is a cool device ... means you don't even really have to go to the glossary, so bug, shmug :)
