NOTE If Wal-Mart had to pay the true costs of being Wal-Mart, its stuff wouldn't be so cheap, now would it. But and so when the trucks stop, Wal-Mart's gone, so you'd better think of alternatives now.

I'm skeptical of litigation as a policy tool as well. Except when it's the only option allowed to the "little people." It presents a bit of a quandry to the uber-classes, since of course you wouldn't want to empower the trodden-upon (unterbussened), but lawyers are white collar and hey, they have to make a living too, just like banksters! What to do, what to do...
