Meanwhile, in Missouri....problems brewing there for Obama...

And even Jim Webb, on the list of possible VPs, isn’t helping there…
BIG omission in NYT's list of bloggers' support withdrawals
Hmmm, the New York Times must not think VastLeft’s un-endorsement was sufficiently heartfelt.
not moving to the center
One of the things we need to counter is the suggestion that Obama is moving to the center. Opposition to the FISA bill is the centrist Madison/Mason position, supporting the current sell-out legislation is the Nixonian/Bush right wing position.
An untruthful statement by Obama's advisor
No action would not mean that FISA would expire. It would just revert back to the original FISA law. Bad enough that Obama is taking this position but lying about the result of taking no action makes it even worse IMO.
I had the same reaction
reinforcing a very serious lie.
MOBlue
good point.
that comment caught my eye and aggravated me but i didn’t articulate to myself why.
this does it nicely.
more buyers regret
faith based kick backs
Great catch, MOBlue
And, of course, if Obama was the progressive leader all his fans thought he was, he could stop this thing instantly:
But… But… I thought Obama was for change? And not small change?
[x] Very tepidly voting for Obama [ ] ?????. [ ] Any mullah-sucking billionaire-teabagging torture-loving pus-encrusted spawn of Cthulhu, bless his (R) heart.

they've been all lying about this--
from Pelosi on down—letting it go back to the original FISA law would put them on the spot i think—they’d have to act against the administration since Bush and others have all admitting breaking the law for years.
