US Refuses Humanitarian Aid to Cuba

Cuba had 100,000 homes damaged or destroyed by Hurricane Gustav and is currently being battered once again by Hurricane Ike. Our Goverment's response was to offer them $100,000 in aid through relief agencies. Yes, you read that right... $100,000. Cuba turned down our most excellent offer. Damn ingrates!

Condi, bless her heart, believes that we cannot at this time justify raising the embargo.
