Arrested for driving with cash
The 8th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that driving with cash is evidence of drug activity and may be seized. The money had been seized during an Indiana traffic stop.
Of course, these guys had a lot of cash, plus they were they were the wrong color, so "ipso facto" they were dealers.
I suppose the next logical step is to treat anyone with a small amount of cash like they're going to make a buy.
And I'm sure this all has nothing to do, nothing to do at all, with the fact that the Feds can now trace all our electronic financial transactions (although we've only been told about the international ones (so far).
I mean, that would be just too, too foily.
