Well done, all.

I notice that others -- no link, sorry -- have picked up on VastLeft's riff on "a big cup of Shut The Fuck Up." That's the vulgate for toxic discourse.

NOTE This is not the thread for Jeralyn-bashing. TL is her blog; she sets the rules. Toxic discourse? Silencing? Marginalization? Have at it. Change comes from the margins, after all. How about some solutions? We're supposed to be the policy people, after all.

UPDATE It's suggested that the headline, "silenced" is wrong, since BTD made his own choice, after all. My counter would be that cacophony does silence, but in deference to the user, I change the head.

It's fucking hard work.

Seems to me this is an extension of what happened when the A list folded like deck chairs in Feb. The writing went bad and the quality dropped -- as we in the old school would define quality.

Sure, Kool-Aid rots the teeth and the brain. Are there any more sophisticated analytical tools on offer here? Besides Tiger Beat-level personalia? There's already another thread for that.

Hillary's campaign. Sticking by people, who should be busundered, because they have been loyal friends is no way to advance yourself or your issues. I don't know why he can't start his own and write at both.

We can't talk about TL? Or we just can't bash TL? 'Cuz lately, seems like the former = the latter there, so I'm actually unsure what this means (or, I can't switch moderation paradigms as quickly as I'd like).

Love an answer, although now I'm off to practice my Tiger Beat level Personalia (I forget how if I don't spend a few minutes everyday, after all).
