Annals of career "progressive" idiocy

Booman never disappoints. "Wall Street Wank-a-Thon."

Stupid fuck. An Obama Fan speaks of wanking. Dear Lord.

but OWS is smoking out the corporatist element in the Democratic party, and those who are creatures of it hate it with a white-hot intensity. And why it's drawing ire from the parts of the left it is.

FYI one of his co-bloggers had a nice message of support several days later.

but I don't understand why I am supposed to care about this whole #OccupyWallStreet protest. There is no platform, no legislative vehicle, no coherent call to action, no overriding message, and very little in the way of any point.

Funny, he never seems to mind the same about Obama.

My reading of the "left" blogosphere has been reduced to a small handful of sites, because of people like Willis and Booman.

Fuck them. I don't want to elect more and better Democrats. I want to see people like them go down with their Ship of Fools.

I won't lie, some of the early footage of OWS made me chuckle. The "Oh my God! He's bleeding!" footage of a ripped cuticle that wouldn't even stop me from working for long enough to apply a bandaid looked pitiful in comparison to, say, what the Egyptian protesters endured. But these young people have shown staying power and are developing organizational skills and casting their political consciousness in a real crucible.

I've got nothing but respect for them, even if i do think their fashion sense is silly.

They're not the problem on the left in America. Boot-lickers like Booman are the problem. The Democratic Party is the problem. And all the self-described pundits of the left who cannot relate to anyone who doesn't look, act, and think just like them are the problem.
