i saw some of these at a bake sale recently, but didn't have the fortitude to buy one and find out...
I didn't like it much
In common with most Maine desserts it was too sweat and too heavy. Some sort of cream.
At least it was made in Maine by an actual bakery and not shipped in from someplace else.
