Aren't you the cutiepie of the day?!! I've ordered 2, selling
one to a coworker and then donating that to HRC.
Any truth to the word that HRC’s debt needs to be paid down by 6/14 in order for her name to be on the ballot? Sounds crazy, but, maybe it’s crazy enough to be true.
I love this job!
I prefer "sweetie," if it's all the same to you
:v)
You got it... Sweetie.
I love this job!
WTF is up
With this rumor flying around that the DNC has set a deadline to retire her debt, or they won’t allow her to be on the convention ballot?
And BTW, WTF
is up with the fact that Clinton’s name on the ballot is up for negotiation!
Bill Clinton for First Dude!!!
Looks like a fund drive...
… which is fine with me — I wish somebody would donate a Hillary T-shirt to me, hint hint — but it looks like the rumor starts here, and posts that start “somebody just confirmed” are so PB 1.0….

If I Haven't Mentioned This Lately
One of the things I really love about you - your wit.(see title of this post)
Now that MJS is sojourning in Oregon, we’ve been missing that particular virtue somewhat. Not that anyone could ever replace MJS. But thank-you for your VastLeftness.
I should also mention the Farmer, who brought wit, yocks, belly laughs, and great passion to a place called Corrente. He was annoyed by the fact that I recently made a reference to “Corrente, when it still had blogspot in its URL,” since that place still exists and he still posts there. No one expected that to be true, when the discussions were taking place about moving Corrente from Blogger. But plans get away from us, sometimes. So that old Corrente is still there, and the Farmer is still well worth reading, as many of you know. We do miss him. Alas, the feeling is not reciprocated.
Alegre's heart's in the right place,
but this post at the blog Alegre quoted might clarify:
Mixed Up Rumors
I think what happened is that folks had been told the Clinton campaign was trying to retire the debt by the middle of this month. Which appears to be an arbitrary date.
Separate from that there was a WSJ article that talked about how having a roll call vote was one of the “bones of contention” between Clinton and Obama over the convention.
I think the two of these things got conflated into one big mess. When they are two separate issues.
I ordered mine
For those of us who order the short… take pix! (you can blur your face to preserve anonymity) Then we can ask Lambert to make us a photowall and ask Hillary to come visit!
They were conflated
Hillary is entitled to have her name on the ballot. Period. It is her choice. This had nothing to do with debt, with Sen. Obama’s wishes, anyone else’s wishes, etc.
She has enough delegate support so that under the DNC rules, it will be totally her decision whether she wants her name placed in nomination or not.
I love the photo wall concept!
I just hope Hillary doesn’t mind if we say Fuck

Depends on the context, I'm sure
We already know that she’s classier than us.
the state roll call is now at the stadium, no?
i wonder what kind of pressure is being put on state delegates to not split the state roll call thing—
i’m sure they don’t want any state to announce “the great state of West Virginia, who sent JFK to the White House (or whatever), gives 4 delegates to Barack Obama, and 7 to Hillary Clinton.”
but they don't want her name placed in nom, do they?
i thought it was all about Unity
?
aren’t they pressuring her and her supporters to not dare “spoil” the big show?
Brazile's making noise about not doing it--

I Don't Know Why Hillary Would Object
She reportedly says fuck (a point in her favor, from my pov). There’s been at least one report that she returned from her VRWC
Today Show Appearance and said “that’ll teach them to fuck with us.” Heh.
